Can I supply my own fan?

Yes. We'll install customer-supplied fans — the product warranty stays with the supplier, and we cover our workmanship.

Is my ceiling high enough?

Fan blades need to sit at least 2.1 m above the floor. Most standard ceilings are fine — for low ceilings we'll suggest a low-profile model.

Do I need roof access?

For new fans and relocations, usually yes — we run the cabling through the roof space. Replacements on an existing point are often done from below.
